Eton High Street contains a range of shops which will allow your son to purchase most of his day to day needs. For school-related items, several shops operate the “chit” system – your son can approach his dame for a “chit” for a specific item – a new pair of football boots for example, which he can then exchange for goods at the relevant store. Such items are then charged as extras on the school bill at the end of the half.
